InTire Labs is Black Donuts’ dedicated rubber testing laboratory. The facility supports material evaluation, compound testing, and performance analysis.
We provide services for tire and non-tire rubber and polymer applications. Our role is to deliver reliable test data and clear technical interpretation so development decisions can be made with less uncertainty before industrial trials.
We support material development through:

How We Work
InTire Labs operates within the Black Donuts engineering environment. Laboratory data is not treated as isolated measurements. Results are reviewed in relation to component performance, processability, and feasibility. Projects range from defined stand-alone testing to engineering-supported development programs. Material engineers and laboratory specialists work together so that testing supports real engineering decisions.

Scope of applications
Our primary focus is tire material and compound development. For non-tire rubber and selected polymer applications, testing scope is defined case by case according to material type and performance requirements. Certain structural or full-tire evaluations may be performed in cooperation with other Black Donuts tire testing facilities.
All testing is performed in a controlled and repeatable laboratory environment. Results are documented, reviewed, and discussed in the context of practical application.
