What to Expect at the EXPO?
Along with our subsidiaries, BD Testing and WD Racing, we will exhibit at Tire Technology Expo 2025. This year, we are also introducing two new services specifically designed for tire manufacturers: factory simulation technology and comprehensive end-to-end Finite Element Analysis (FEA) support.
- Our Digital Twin Tire Plant Simulation offers a data-driven tool that optimizes manufacturing by reducing downtime, improving efficiency, and enabling smart decision-making through real-time virtual modeling.
- Complementing this is our End-to-End Finite Element Analysis (FEA), which provides tire simulation solutions for manufacturers and OEMs and delivers precise performance analysis to accelerate product development.
Additionally, we’re launching a new Material Research Center in July 2025. This modern laboratory and collaborative R&D hub will focus on developing sustainable, bio-based materials for tires and rubber applications.
At the EXPO we will also discuss how we support newcomers and established manufacturers in factory optimization, product development, and industry trends. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the full range of services we offer to the entire tire industry, including our new, state-of-the-art laboratory facility, This facility provides comprehensive solutions, from individual material testing and development to complete compound technology innovation.
