Black Donuts CEO Talks Material Research Center with Tampere Mayor and Deputy Mayor

Kai Hauvala, CEO of Black Donuts, presented plans for InTire Labs in a meeting with Kalervo Kummola, Mayor of Tampere, and Jouni Markkanen, Deputy Mayor.

Both Mr. Kummola and Mr. Markkanen expressed interest in learning more about InTire Labs, a new material research center focused on researching, analyzing, developing, and testing sustainable bio-based materials for tire manufacturing. They showed strong support for the initiative and discussed ways the city of Tampere could assist in its development.

The meeting was organized by Sirkka Hagman, VP of Business Development. Both Mr. Hauvala and Ms. Hagman are optimistic about the potential for future collaboration.
