eKanban solution empowers tire manufacturing at Saterex

In order to enhance production management at the Saterex tire plant, Black Donuts developed an RFID-based electronic eKanban solution together with Toptunniste (today Fentec). The new eKanban solution enables better and real-time tracking of overall production status, optimizes the production process, and supports work management.
